HEADQUARTERS OF THE RAILWAY SECURITY GUARD is a workplace located within the structures of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. It is the superior organizational unit, which includes 16 REGIONAL COMMANDS OF THE RAILWAY PROTECTION GUARD.

Regional Headquarters are responsible for 78 RAILWAY PROTECTION GUARD POSTS, which are located throughout the country.

The organizational structure of the Main Headquarters of the Railway Protection Guard includes the only RAILWAY SECURITY GUARD VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER AND THE BREEDING AND TRAINING OF SERVICE DOGS in ZBĄSZY�? with a branch of Przemyśl, which has been operating since 1945 to this day.
