Pursuant to Art. 22 section 1 of the Act of 14 December 2018 on the protection of personal data processed in connection with preventing and combating crime (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 125, as amended) Headquarters of the Railway Protection Guard PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. informs that:

1) the controller of personal data is the Chief Commander of the Railway Protection Guard of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. based at the Headquarters of the Railway Protection Guard at the following address: 00-801 Warszawa, ul. Chmielna 73 A;

2) the function of the personal data protection inspector at the Headquarters of the Railway Protection Guard of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. filled by Mrs. Diana Zborowska. The administrator has an e-mail address: iod.sok@plk-sa.pl of the Data Protection Inspector, which is dedicated only to communication between a natural person and the Data Protection Inspector and only in matters relating to personal data processed in connection with preventing and combating crime;< /p>

3) the purpose for which the Railway Protection Guard of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. personal data processed in connection with preventing and combating crime is to be used, is to implement the statutory tasks of the Railway Protection Guard, which are the protection of life, health and property, as well as monitoring compliance with order regulations in the railway area, on trains and other railway vehicles;

4) any person whom the Railway Protection Guard of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. processes personal data in connection with preventing and combating crime, has the right – in the event of violation of rights as a result of this processing – to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (contact details: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw , Hotline: 606-950-000);

5) to any person whom the Railway Protection Guard of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. personal data is processed in connection with the prevention and combating of crime, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or deletion of your personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data relating to you;

6) additional information regarding the rights of the person whose personal data is processed in connection with preventing and combating crime by the Railway Protection Guard of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. is transferred in specific cases at the request of that person.

GDPR information

1) The administrator of personal data processed by the Headquarters of the Railway Protection Guard of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. is PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office at: 03-734, Warsaw, ul. Targowa 74, hereinafter referred to as the Company.

2) The Company has an e-mail address: iod.plk@plk-sa.pl of the Data Protection Inspector at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., made available to persons whose personal data are processed by the Company.

3) Your personal data is processed for specific purposes on the basis of applicable legal provisions, concluded contracts and on the basis of the consent granted, or processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.

4) Your personal data will not be made available to other recipients, unless specific provisions provide otherwise.

5) Your personal data will not be transferred to a country not belonging to the European Economic Area (third country) or an international organization within the meaning of the GDPR.

6) Your personal data are stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for the time provided for in the provisions of generally applicable law.

7) You have the right to request access to your personal data and rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to transfer data.

8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9) The Company will not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, based on the personal data provided by me.
